When I got into this stuff, this was pretty much common knowledge. The fuck happened that it ain’t now?
Resident goofball. Freaky furry. Silly little guy who’s not so little. 🇧🇱🇺🇪. Pansexual. Husky. Woof. 🐶
If anything I post makes you think instead of laugh: You read it wrong, dummy.

It’s already banned in several states. Just need to get something on the national level.

Zero privacy
The kiosk doesn’t collect data about me, afaik. I don’t have to log in to it. And it’s not like I care if someone sees what I order. They’re gonna be able to see me eat it, too, since if I am in the store I am usually gonna eat in the store.

I only don’t like the in-store kiosk because it doesn’t have the same customizability options that are on the mobile app, so I end up having to talk to a person anyway when I want certain things, like the scrambled egg mcmuffin or tomato on a QPC.

Liking the software.

As in “a city in California.” The city is Monterey Park.

Yeah, this seems more like what you see on the outskirts of Night City in Cyberpunk 2077; Mad Max people live in caves or rusted scrap structures and don’t even have computers aside from really smart dwarves.

Reminds me of a joke:
My dad always warned us about Septic Tank Steve, and that we should never pay him to do anything, and we should have listened. One day Steve came by and said if we gave him a nickel, he’d swim around in the septic tank. We thought that was hilarious, so we gave him a nickel, and he swam around the tank a while. Then he came and sat next to us on the porch and said “If you want me to leave, gimme $100.”

Also LoL players.

Whoever made your RAM probably has some crappy piece of software you need to get from their website to control the lights if you don’t have a dedicated LED controller.

God I wish I could build a computer from scratch like Minecraft by starting with punching dirt out of the ground and just arranging things on a table. 😭

Blast Corps 64 - You need to smash everything out of the way of an out-of-control nuclear armed truck using various tools ranging from bulldozers to a full on mech suit.
Just Cause 3 - You capture enemy territory by blowing up everything colored red.
Teardown - You’re a demolition company and you’re tasked with demolishing various things.
Donkey Kong Banaza - Not played it myself, but the game just appears to be Donkey Kong going ape shit and wrecking up everything he sees.
The Sims - Smash and destroy the dreams and aspirations of your virtual doll people

They were spiting Reddit, trying to destroy it as a community on purpose. Reddit only tried to stop it because they stood to lose money; not becsuse they gave a fuck about the users. That’s why they were pissed.

So… Just let the community die? That’s your suggestion? 😑

How the fuck are you supposed to know the person you’re answering will or won’t delete the post after?

Pinball is the most retro game I know of that isn’t a sport. It’s also way more impressive than a video game, to me. It takes a lot of work not just to build the table, but to balance it so it isn’t boring to play like a lot of the earliest pinball machines.

It’s really easy to fuck up and have it melt more than you intended. And with resin prints, specifically, there’s not really much needing to be cleaned up like with FDM printing. I prefer to just sand them if there happens to be any burs or whatever.

Are the players not ready, or is the game not ready? 🤔

I was wondering about this not that long ago when remembering shit I had to do back in the day when my PC was just an off the shelf Gateway my parents got me: How much faster is having a swap file on an M.2 SSD vs the SATA HDD I would have had back in 2001 or so? And is it still barely an improvement over just installing more RAM, or would it actually be beneficial to some degree these days? 🤔
I really haven’t researched or looked into components since my 20s, so there’s a lot about some of these new components and tech I don’t really know much about. My current rig is just what Reddit had recommended for entry level VR back in 2015/2016.
To control the amount of heat and not immediately burst into flames, for one.
