Especially when they’re techinically wrong(it’s not talking about no-logging for your entire browsing session, just that the VPN doesn’t store logs of your usage. And that is very much a thing, as proven by this court case).
Yeah YOU have no control so it’s important that your VPN provider does it right. Once traffic leaves the VPN provider it is very hard to connect that traffic back to you.
