It is a tycoon survival game a bit on the chill, easier side. I haven’t played the new installment yet, but if it’s anything like it’s predecessor then I can say the following.

You are a player that manages the museum from hiring your first employee to managing expeditions and displaying artifacts i.e you micromanage a lot of things. If you are into building tycoons, it’s perfect. Not as hard as other simulator games like factorio, sim city, etc, so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
