Looks like Two Point Studios and SEGA are onto quite a hit here, with Two Point Museum now available with Native Linux support and a Steam Deck Playable status.
It is a tycoon simulator game a bit on the chill, easier side. I haven’t played the new installment yet, but if it’s anything like it’s predecessor then I can say the following.
You are a player that manages the museum from hiring your first employee to managing expeditions and displaying artifacts i.e you micromanage a lot of things. If you are into building tycoons, it’s perfect. Not as hard as other simulator games like factorio, sim city, etc, so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
I love this series
What are the play mechanics? Is it a management game?

Thanks! Sounds like something I would enjoy and could play casually beside work and kids.
I’m glad I could help. You can look at Two Point Hospital or Campus too. But what I’ve heard is Museum is the latest and best in the series.
