This is usually the case, since no one has RAM that lies between 16 and 32 GB, they just go up to the next notch if their games uses more. They probably reduced the memory usage by a lot less than the hardware specs imply.

Not really, Blizzard has been filling up with unions for years now. Microsoft now has far and away the most union employees of any game company

Idk I don’t really see much of a distinction really

I mean, it would be a lot more reasonable if the entire tech industry hadn’t gone absolutely 100% all-in on investing billions and billions of dollars into the technology before realizing that they didn’t have any use cases to justify that investment.

Yup, there’s a reason so many developers are willing to go to Steam despite them taking a larger cut. It was so weird that Epic seemed to market to consumers about how it was so much better for developers while they did nothing to actually make their platform desirable for either.

Baldurs Gate 3 is a AA CRPG tho?

Ah you see, there will only be 666 copies sold, so most of that price is just for the privilege of being able to buy it!

I like how they also just implemented a whole new language for the game that I’ve never heard of. I wonder if Minecraft is the most translated game by now?
Veritasium partnered up with a private equity firm around the time his videos became far more sensationalist and I don’t think that’s a coincidence. His videos have become far more misleading and willing to stretch the truth for views in the past few years, so I simply stopped watching his stuff and don’t trust his content.
