This feels like it could be exactly the type of thing that causes the car crash in the pilot episode of the Upload TV series.
Just for the uninformed, i.e. me, what is the advantage of reclaiming these domain names? I would assume that they can somewhat be considered tainted in terms of the piracy world now anyways, and getting new domain names should be fairly easy as well, shouldn’t it?
Not particularly helpful as an answer, but oftentimes the reson why people do not broadly share how to get past DRM, is because they use bugs, that might get fixed if they become too known.
That being said, have you tried to use somethign like OBS and just do a screengrab instead of downloading?
Ah, okay. Thank you.
Could someone explain for me in laymans terms, how is it that they were using a Google IP as their broadcasting IP?
Thank you for the reply. I definitely learned something new about long term storage today.
What does kako mean for the uninitiated?
That is the whole point if a settlement though. It is outside the reach of rhe court that both parties agree to a certain resolution.
It may very well be the case that IA was offered a substantially smaller settlement sum, but only under the consition that the exact sum is not publizised so that it would bot become part of settlement sum reasoning in possible future court cases.
Just as an extra note, keeping backups should be strongly encouraged, but self-burned CD/DVD/BluRay are extremely easy to get scratched and then no longer be readable. The store bought disks have an extra plastic layer on the bottom that protects the actual data section of the disk, but in order to be able to burn them at home this extra plastic layer cannot be present. Thus any scratches/scuffs immediately damage the underlying data not just the plastic protection.
I thought the reason that Nintendo was always able to win these copyright accusations was due to Japan’s strict copyright laws. But if I read correctly, this was fought over in a US court, or am I misunderstanding something?
I’m not sure if I understand completely correctly what white label websites are, but also maybe the themes made for the Hugo website building program?
Sad, but also kind of funny that the true original apparently survived. I guess this means it will just be rebuilt again?
Personally, I do not think that there is a purpose in speaking well about it. That being said I would also not speak badly about it. My own moral compass would be speak badly about the conpanies that deserve to be gotten rid of and simply use the companies that provide decent services. No need to praise a company for offering a decent service.
Slightly off topic, but might be useful to you: If you look for BluRay remuxes you can also often find things with multiple audio tracks. Then you can just strip everything unwanted out of the container, which would leave you with the original video and a Spanish dub. Also, since you are looking for specifically Latino Spanish, I would hope this is also released on BluRay releases, or do we have systemic racism to thank for that not being one of the many common audio dubs…
