It’s not the same thing, but I’m tired of arguing with people like you so I’m gonna duck out.
Good luck.

They could’ve been exceptionally inept, and even if they were, I’m still going to stick with my initial conclusion that you’re bad at teaching.
It’s okay, most people are and you don’t have to be ashamed of it. Everyone won’t be on your side when you say it’s someone else’s fault that they couldn’t learn from you effectively.
Yeah, but you were still in a teaching position.
You probably did a bad job because you’re not skilled in teaching. That’s what I meant by saying you’re a bad teacher.
I could’ve said you’re “bad at teaching” and that may have made things clearer for you, my mistake.
‘Competitors’ just use nvidia’s price gouging as an excuse to charge more themselves.

That’s fine, but I was referring to AI as a concept and not just its current iteration or implementation.
I agree that it’s not conscious now, but someday it could be.

“He stole my idea!”
Yeah, I have no problem with people being compensated for their work.
The problem is that the discussion usually ends at “compensation” and never includes “how much?” Useful idiots believe that whatever price is charged is always fair and necessary, which is sad.
In a system literally built around the amount of money we have, we sure do like to believe that magnitude doesn’t matter.
Stay in school.
Lol.
Average people these days are just so… average. Glad I’m not like you people anymore.
Irony.
Dunning-kruger effect on full display here, everyone.
Take your pictures.
What is thought?
Honestly, I welcome this future.
I’d rather discuss with bots at this point than rubes.
I’m not gonna lie, most people like you are afraid to entertain the idea of AI being conscious because it makes you look at your own consciousness as not being all that special or unique.
Do you believe in spirits, souls, or god genes?
Looks like the androids won in real life.
I mean, it’s like none of you people ever consider how often humans are wrong when criticizing AI.
How often have you looked for information from humans and have been fed falsehoods as though they were true? It happens so much we’ve just gotten used to filtering out the vast majority of human responses because most of them are incorrect or unrelated to the subject.
I’m assuming part of it is because you’re a bad teacher as well.
Just going off of my life experience, I notice the vast majority of people are bad at teaching and then blame the pupil for their incompetence.
I’ll give you some advice.
Not everyone is worth replying to or engaging with, regardless of how much they kick and scream.
