The Spotify one is awful. It couldn’t even pronounce some names correctly (like "Billy Jo-El).

This will be extra fun when it hits two-party consent states and lawsuits roll out.

It’s crazy to me that people allow a corporation with a vested interest in selling all the data it can about you to have cameras and microphones placed all over their homes.

Laws like this aren’t about protecting children, it’s about tracking what adults are doing. I absolutely would not trust any service that provides age verification to actually encrypt and delete it.
