Puzzle Bobble 2 really is good! I like the first one better though…

You should not have switched games.

TBH I was confused when I came across the term “sideloading” for the first few times because I thought it was something new. Part of the plan I guess. Damn.

Ah, thanks for the insight! I read the IPS mainly helps with the ghosting but also looks better than all the stock screens. But maybe this is just another instance of people getting stuck on details of minor importance instead of focusing on what matters: Having fun! (And I’m pretty happy gaming on my 3000, so…)
Are there really glass faceplates for the 1000? I checked some weeks ago and only found replacements for 2000/3000 (and whole plastic fronts for the 1000s - which can be modded but that seemed like a really annoying job)…
How’s the screen on your Go in comparison btw.?

The 1000 is a little big/heavy for my taste but I’m really tempted to get one for the IPS mod…

Get a Vita. It basically has a PSP built in. It’s super easy to hack too which will give you a ton of improvements and options (like remixed controls for some PSP games so you can enjoy them with twin sticks) - it’s awesome.

A lot of good titles have already been mentioned but holy crap no one said MotorStorm: Arctic Edge? Such a great racer, very polished and it has unique mechanics and a ton of fun vehicles to make it worth your while.
Also: Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. If you’re looking for an arcade flight sim, this one is for you. (I’d steer clear of it’s successor Joint Assault though.)

Mark my words: It will be Vance, not Trump who gets to be the first King of America.
The future is bleak.

I agree we need to get rid of all the bullshit you mentioned - but I don’t think giving up our anonymity or more gated communities (like facebook, twitter, instgram and all those fucked up places) are the solution.

All good advice. I used to find a lot of stuff by entering “site:rutracker.org” behind my query in my favorite search engine - don’t know if that still works but I never needed an account there…

I want to leave Windows behind… abcde seems the way to go for Linux.
On Windows I use EAC, it’s great but requires a little work to set up. There are a lot of tutorials for it if course.

I’d prefer my internet free…

As soon as I saw that mustache I wanted to get out my knife as well.

Thank you, this got by me before.

I use Flashcards wherever I can. Maybe that’s something for you to look into.

Check out Netguard. It’s an app that pretends to be a VPN client so most of your traffic has to go through it - and then you can deny/allow internet access per app. Even works without root.

Mod your consoles, find backups online. For PSX check out PSIO…
Not all of Germany. There is this one for example, works like a charm:
