I kinda miss my Gnome DE. Ive Been using KDE Plasma after upgrading Debian which it now officially supports but I’ve been experiencing crashes and bugs… This surprises me on a Debian machine.

Linux@lemmy.ml•[Q] Is it possible to reinstall Linux without losing Dropbox?
1·1 month agoIt’s possible if you configure your
/home/to use a separate partition. But you would have to do that in advance. Even in that case you’d have to reinstall it but the nice thing about it is you won’t have to reconfigure anything. It will be able to get all your previous settings from your home dir.You could backup your home dir before reinstalling then copy it over after for the same effect.
Dual boot sucks in the long run. Every time you run a system update on windows or Linux you run the risk of messing up your boot loader.
I recommend not dual booting. Either use a VM for windows or have a dedicated machine that’s windows only.
Debian. Debian is stable. Debian has great wiki. Debian is home.

I would replace the Ubuntu logo with a Debian swirl in the third meme.
